Hi, I'm Kait!
At Surely the Raven Studio, my aim is to have fun experimenting with what's out there and to capture nature's beauty at the same time!
I describe my main body of work as experimental watercolor. Tea as a pigment is fascinating and has a surprisingly large range! It just feels right using natural pigments when capturing natural moments.
The drawing of my cat not only looked exactly like her, but it captured the spirit of her. She was drawn with love and attention to detail that really shows through the art. I love this artwork!
